Emily Briggs, MSME, PE, ACTAR

Emily Briggs joined RLF in 2022. Ms. Briggs earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri School of Mines) in 2011 and her Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University in 2013. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and is accredited as an accident reconstructionist by ACTAR.  Her work at RLF includes vehicular accident reconstruction utilizing photogrammetry, HVE software by EDC, and human factors incorporating research from the Driver Research Institute. Ms. Briggs also has 9 years of experience working with non-profits in natural disaster response and military support.
